Season Finale 2026
The grand finale at Hockenheim
From 22 to 26 October, the Hockenheimring hosts the season finale: Performance Day on Thursday, two days of sprint races for Polo Cup, BMW Challenge, Classic Masters, 318ti Cup and STGT – and on Sunday the 1000-kilometre race of the NES 1000 KM.
Five days of motorsport
From 22 to 26 October 2026, the Hockenheimring becomes the meeting point of the DMV motorsport family. The final races of the Goodyear Racing Days close the season – and the highlight comes on Sunday: the 1000-kilometre race of the NES 1000 KM.
Thursday opens with the Performance Day: shakedown runs, an open pit lane and test sessions give the teams the chance to prepare perfectly for the weekend. On Friday and Saturday, Polo Cup, BMW Challenge, Classic Masters – Alfa Challenge, 318ti Cup and STGT / Ferrari FCD take to the track, with free practice, qualifying and races in quick succession. On Saturday afternoon, all STGT 66 series and the NES 1000 KM line up for the qualifying race that decides Sunday’s grid.
Monday rounds it off with the Teams Promotion Day 2027 – junior and driver tests with the DMV teams that show newcomers the way into the 2027 season.
The programme at a glance
- Thursday, 22 October Performance Day Shakedown runs, open pit lane and test sessions for Group A (from 200 hp), Group B (up to 199 hp) and MSA – the build-up to the weekend. 09:00–18:18
- Friday, 23 October Race Day 1 Free practice for every series and the NES 1000 KM, qualifying and the first races for Polo Cup and BMW Challenge. 09:05–17:05
- Saturday, 24 October Race Day 2 Back-to-back racing – and in the afternoon the STGT 66 and NES 1000 KM qualifying race that sets Sunday’s grid. 09:05–17:40
- Sunday, 25 October Race Day 3 The 1000 km race The highlight: the NES 1000 KM race in two parts of 3 hours 30 minutes each, start 09:25, podium ceremony at around 17:30. 09:05–17:45
- Monday, 26 October Teams Promotion Day 2027 “Check your 2027 race careers options” Junior and driver tests with the DMV teams, including the 318ti Cup – the way into the 2027 racing season. 09:00–13:00
